Our client, a leading hotelier, are hiring a Senior Night Manager to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free, courteous service, and security to in absence of the departmental managers and limited staff during night, in line with the hotel’s guidelines, and corporate guidelines and service concepts. The incumbent is fluent in Front Office operation’s technology, is aware of the hotel’s possibilities and limitations, and understands all aspects of hotel management.


Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

A brief overview of the role and responsibilities includes:

  • To provide service and security to guests during the night and to supervise and coordinate all the departments shift activities
  • To be fully conversant with the Front Office technologies utilised in the establishment
  • Be the liaison between Guests and Management.
  • Uphold all appropriate Health & Safety and Security Policies.
  • Accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests.
  • Assist colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction by attending to their requests and inquires courteously and effectively.
  • Maintain own working area, and materials clean tidy and in good shape.
  • Reports defective materials and equipment to the Front Office Manager.
  • Continuously seeks to endeavour professionalism in own job function.

Required Skills

Have good administrative skills, be computer literate and must be conversant with MS Office applications and Property Management Systems. Have a good command of the English language. a command of other European languages will be considered an asset.

Previous experience in a management position is preferable Have at least 1 years of experience in a similar position
