Responsibilities:
- Having experience with FICA functionalities such as Contract Account Receivable and Payable, Payments Processing (Payment Lots, Reversals, and Exception Handling), Auto Pay and Direct Debits Processing, Returns processing, and Clearing.
- Owning and leading all stages of the testing lifecycle from inception to delivery (from initial planning, creating test plans and scripts, through execution to reporting of the results, including UAT).
- To take initiative to resolve issues, and to tackle and remove roadblocks.
- Coordination with development and business for SlT, RT, and UAT.
- Test Design, Execution of SIT and RT.
- Data support, and test case support for UAT.
