Key Responsibilities
- Attend requirements workshops and assist business in blueprint phase.
- Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM.
- Prepare functional specification and complete system configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Prepare and manage all elements of testing.
- Work alongside delivery leads and architects to identify and manage risks.
