Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day you will be growing your network of both clients and candidates, ensuring you develop strong relationships through a range of channels including face-to-face meetings, video calls, job boards and social media channels.
  • Understanding and striving to meet client’s hiring needs
  • Attending to any candidates’ queries via telephone, email and social media
  • Searching for potential candidates through the database and other channels such as LinkedIn
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Assisting in business development to help further grow the business
  • Pre-screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.
