Our client’s team of specialised lawyers provide personalised, results-driven advice to the organisation’s many corporate and private clients, providing both legal and practical support to clients wishing to operate in Malta or make Malta their home.
The Team is also regularly involved in advising on firm briefs across a range of practice areas, such as M&A transactions and asset finance, gaming, aviation, shipping, etc., as well as representing clients involved in tax disputes with the local Revenue.
Working together with the Corporate Tax Compliance Team of tax accountants, the Team provides clients with a ‘one-stop shop’ tax and immigration law service.
An attractive remuneration and benefits package that is commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications will be offered to the chosen candidate. Training, both internal and external, will be provided on an ongoing basis.
