Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/ placing calls, take and relay messages, and handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally.
- Address executives’ requests and inquiries promptly and professionally in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and appointments, and provide timely reminders with precision and clarity.
- Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes accurately, and ensure follow-up on action items with clear communication.
- Arrange travel logistics with attention to detail and effective communication with the parties concerned.
- Generate reports, presentations, and briefs to high standards with professional written and verbal communication.
- Handle front desk duties effectively, while standing in for the designated person during breaks and leave.
- Maintain and organize documents, records, and databases for easy access and accuracy, ensuring compliance with office procedures and processes.
- Process insurance claims, follow-ups, and renewals efficiently.
- Offer assistance with various administrative tasks as needed, communicating effectively with team members.
