Our clients are based on our beautiful Maltese islands which means that you need to have a minimum of 1 years proven experience recruiting in Malta to be considered, preferably 2 or more years. Overseas recruitment whilst a bonus addition would not be an automatic qualification especially if no Malta based recruitment experience.

 

We offer our clients a full recruitment service as such you need to have the ability to headhunt candidates as much as being able to place a job advert or search through our active ATS, so experience headhunting candidates on LinkedIn is a must
